Clearly the gameplay element on GTA3 was so much better than the actual story, that you spend more time just killing people, get that 6 stars of wanted level and survive for as long as you can.

Are you drunk? MAny PS2 owners jumped in? Then why is there only a 17 million xbox360 install base? Lets say at least 10 million of those were xbox owners. Now thats 7 million minus 120+ million. Thats 113+ million owners who still haven't decided yet. Well minus the 10 million Ps3 install base.
