I can give you for Uncharted 2 couse even the developers have stated that they call Uncharted's graphics for "stylized reality" or something like that. But I don't agree with you on GoW3.

I think it'll be SF4 gfx but with Marvel heroes. To be honest they could just release this game as dlc on the original SF4 and charge a bit more for it.
