Such a pointless submission. The platinum range games always just have the same box art as the original but with a yellow border.

There's a demo of The Shoot on the store if you want to try it out for yourself.

Yes, but he needs to be more specific about it. He was talking like the store hadn't updated.

If your country doesn't currently get the comics, you could try getting a UK PSN account and downloading them on that, or ask on the PlayStation Blog if they're coming to your country.

Also to whoever edited the source link: You now need to change the description, because the EU PS Blog doesn't list the prices, whereas we did.

It's the EU store update and I checked the store earlier, the comics are there.

Old school gamer here.

I'd personally love to see more games go back into a 2D style. I think it will be hard to get a lot of kids nowadays to be able to appreciate them, though, seeing as many were brought up on FPSs in an industry where people are more interested in counting pixels than enjoying the games themselves.

The only way will be to see how some of the games like Sonic 4 and Kirby's Epic Yarn are received. Only time will tell!

It's not an attack, just pointing out the flaws in the comments and generalisations that were made.

I'm also not really sure what "cause" you mean. The only cause I can think of is wanting people to read the article with a modicum of sense and the ability to not post an inflammatory comment.

Yeah, probably that.

I don't see anywhere in the article that the staff passed judgement on something they admit to not paying attention to. Please read it first before making a sensationalist comment. You also say 'many', but only one out of six people mention not paying attention. Nice observation skills you've got there.

Take it with a pinch of salt, too, it's not supposed to be deadly serious.

Talking about professional, I reckon you should probably go and...

You don't need to own all of the consoles to give your opinions on the conference itself and what's exhibited.

It's exactly like saying that you can't pass judgement on the 3DS because you don't own one, or making a comment about Kinect or Move because you haven't used it. Flawed logic.

I agree that it was Nintendo's best conference for ages, but their previous attempts have been laughable so it's not saying much.

5722d ago 3 agree6 disagreeView comment

We're a gaming site, so yeah, I reckon we know a bit about Nintendo. It's not our fault if the conference was mediocre.

The slogan for their site is "The Hub for Bright Minds". Slightly off the mark, I reckon.

Whoever approved this needs to go and sit on the naughty step and think about what they've done.

That's the point, it's not even funny or light-hearted. For every piece of shit like this that hits the front page, there are 10 quality articles sitting in pending that everyone is ignoring.

By all means, people can write stuff like this, but N4G is supposed to be for meaningful news that people might actually care about.

5725d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

How is this even anything close to news? It's just inane bullshit that has no use to anyone.

It's not even good for a laugh, why do people even bother approving these.

5725d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

As I say in the article, it's just my personal experience. Everything that I wrote about happened to me during play, but people may experience some or none of known glitches.

Completely hit and miss, I've just had a bad experience. Game is good, though, or I wouldn't have bothered playing it for that long!

I like how in comment #1.1 "Urmomlol" uses IGN and GameSpot as examples of gaming authorities. We all know how trustworthy they are, don't we - after all, it's not like GameSpot fired someone over one of his reviews or anything.

The article is just colossalblue saying how he personally reviews games. If you all want to read more into it than that and start flaming then by all means go ahead. You only make yourselves look tools, but at least it gives us a few...

It's technically not even 3 years old yet, and you only would have been playing it that long if you live in Japan or imported it. It's only been available in EU territories for a little over a year.

The spoiler is more tongue in cheek than anything.

You're on the right track, most people end up spending $150 (or more) on peripherals in the end, whether it's plastic instruments, extra controllers for the family or miscellaneous items (headsets, charging station, wifi adapter etc).

The problem is just the thought of the spending $150 in one go. It doesn't seem an unreasonable amount if you could get enough use out of it, like regularly playing with family and friends.

Not quite sure how a demo would work as it's open world, although I suppose they could put a time limit on it like the Just Cause 2 demo. It's fantastic but it's not for everyone.

But then, like I say, they'd have to compete with the iPhone, which already has a strong foothold in the market.
