To be fair you get what you pay for with these new consoles, they aren't anything special really compared to the advanced architecture of the ps3 when it first came out, I just hope the pc version will be good, there's no reason to tone anything down for pc is there, if your pc isn't very powerful then you should turn some settings down just like any other game

Actually all E3 footage was from the PC, even the ps4 demo was running on a similar spec pc not actual ps4 hardware
After seeing the trailer, I beleive the E3 footage gameplay was from PC and the new trailer is from the console version

One more note IGN are the biggest PS4 fanboys, when talking about 4K in a video they dance around the question that ps4 not having enough power to run 4K and they say only a lucky few will play 4K when that is not even true, firstly a single 7970 can run 4K games just fine and secondly 4K monitors that are on the market are 700 dollars ...
