I think 4 player is a nice to have, but like so many have said it could detract from the frantic gameplay.
What I would like to see is some sort of co-op moves that you can perform in game.
What have Microsoft innovated? Just tell me one thing.

Some of the trials you are able to download off PSN others come on Blu-ray. So if you have used a genuine UK address of someone you know and they are willing to forward on the disk then it might be possible.

You cannot compare Xbox360 sales to PS3 sales. How many people out there have had to replace their Xbox360 due to RRoD? I have a mate who is a massive Xbox fan and he has replaced his Xbox360 twice so he has had a total of three xbox360s!
Also how many hardcore Xbox fans updated their original Xbox360 to an Xbox360 Elite to get the updated features?

In San Andreas you play a black guy going around killing people mainly white people but that didn't cause any racist comments from white people. Racism probably wasn't even thought about.
RE5 is not racist, you expect to see mainly black people in Africa. Ok in South Africa there are a lot of white people, but the trailer for RE5 didn't look to be anywhere near South Africa and more likely in a small village in Kneya or Ethiopia.
I agree with you that Microsoft never seem to bring anyting innovative to the gaming industry, they always seem to copy other companies ideas.
However I have a feeling this year they may just have an ace up their sleeve. They need to be original and innovative and show something mind blowing and new. Sony did this at GDC a couple of years ago by showing off Media Molecules beautiful LittleBigPlanet.

The idea of achievements was not created by Microsoft, loads of games had some kind of achievements system before Microsoft implemented them.
All Microsoft have done is taken achievements and unified them into a single system accross the board. So they have just improved an idea that already existed.
Something that Microsoft did that is quite impressive is cross game chat.
