Sony shipped 8.4 million PS4's in last quarter of 2015. This year they will ship even more thanks to Pro. So by the end of December 2016. I expect around 57 million.

Forza Horizon 3 sold 150k? Not bad. For instance, The Order:1886 on smaller instal base sold 200k first and was considered a BOMBA.
Will 3DS reach PSP's 80 million? I doubt it.
NX won't reach 30 million in the end.
So when PS4 reaches 80 million shipped, then will be that 5 out of 6 Sony consoles shipped over 80 million. Only Vita didnit. And when PS4 outsells Wii LTD, best selling home consoles of all time list will be:

You still believe that exclusives sell systems? PS4 had nothing for first 2 years in terms exclusives and still it HUMILATED "competition".
Let's see. Sony expects for this fiscal year (ending 31st March 2017) to ship 20 million PS4's. So if Sony succeed in this PS4 will be at 60 million shipped by the end of March of 2017., so after less than 3,5 years on market. I expect PS5 in fall 2019., so PS4 will have 2,5 years to sell another 40 million before PS5 comes out. When PS5 releases PS4 sales will probably fall like a rock (like PS3 after PS4 launch).

But out of 8 upcoming Xbox One "exclusives" you care for all of them, right?

PS4 - best selling this gen home console in Japan. Wii U won't reach 3,5 million, while PS4 will reach 7-8 million, maybe more since it reached 3 million sold faster than PS3 did and all this without Final Fantasy XV, Kingdom Hearts III, Dragon Quest XI, Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Rest of year will be great with PSVR launch in October, Pro launch in November, FF XV also in November and Yakuza 6 (first Yakuza which is PS4 exclusive) in December.
