I have a feeling that it could be Beyond good and evil 2. and i honestly don't know why i think that. Ubisoft loves multiplatting all its titles. hmmm...

I think they are. but then again, they are a company and they need to please their shareholders. only downside is, when the hype dies down or when they have to delay a game, it angers shareholders lol. so it's kind of a gamble.
Then, sometimes things don't go according to plan with development so there's that.
Titanfall was a good example of a game being showed and coming out in less than a year. super mario 3d world as well.
If it really is 50 though, might as well add
bayonetta, chrom, mewtwo, mr 101, Ghirahim and king k. rool,
that's quick considering dead space 3 came out last year and they're also supposed to be working on a star wars game.

donkey kong and mario are both light hearted, platformers but still do enough to set themselves apart.
I highly doubt that uncharted is going to be last of us dark. it'll still be light hearted just a bit darker. I can't think of a good example at the moment but i guess iron man 2-3. 2 was lighthearted and 3 was a tiny bit darker, more personal etc.
