The Buzz has not faded everyone is waiting for E3 geniuses. I wish people would stop being allowed to post bs articles.
The only place I pre-order is at Best buy because when you preorder and are part of the gamer club you get $20 back from the game.
Those reasons seem to me as the 5 reasons why it WONT dominate next gen. I want to see what MS brings to the table on May 21st before assuming anything.
My question is won't these changes/removal be covered with the TOS that they make you agree too?

Well if you want the 60gb its $150 but if you want to get it swap for a Slim its $99. I have done a 60GB swap and a year later the same thing happen.(yellow/red light) I send it again and got it swap for a slim.
When I buy a system at launch I always get the extra insurance through Best Buy (usually 2yrs) From what I have gather of the rumors it might be cheaper but I think it might be in the same range as the PS4.

Enlighten me as to why the 360 sold so well? Games? Please Halo and Gears are nothing but please enlighten me.
Many were bought due to the RROD and others were bought for the piracy and about 1% for collector edition purposes. Which is why I am wondering if this is another reason the new xbox might be online only, to prevent piracy.
I for one don't own used games for PS3 as I always believed Gamestop was a ripoff. Now If they don't allow used games the price better drop to $40 or $50 for new games.
I was thinking more of 5 to 10yrs with fines of at least 200,000 :-)
And Target is offering Buy 2 get 1 Free on all games.
The problem with Nvidia is that they are getting to GREEDY. I would be saying the same thing is Sony didn't want to pay me what I want for an item I sell. I think if Sony would go to high in paying for items the price on the system will also go up. Maybe Sony is realizing that people don't really want to be $600 or $700 for a system. I believe they learn that after the PS3.
