If you guys watch the movie, the name makes sense. It is SSGSS because he is using the God ki to turn into a SS. It isn't really a new for but rather another (albiet more powerful), way to ascend. Think of SSG being a base form. SSGSS is the SS of that kind. It's weird and I don't like the name (I'm sure it'll grow on me) but it makes sense.

A) It is blue hair not white.
B) Vegeta can make SSGSS but not SS3 because the forms ...

Actually I DDOS WBBC all the time. Youblitterally download the program, enter the IP of whatever you attacking and hitnenter. Thats all it takes to DDoS. It takes me ten seconds to take down a site. Its really easy and anybody could do it. They're not hackers. Not evern script kiddies. They're going to get caught. I bet they're highschoolers and probably run it off a proxy. They could easily be trackwd if the FBI got involved. And they will eventually.
