As a pc gamer and ps5 owner ima get a pro, but I love tech and will just move the ps5 into the kids living room. I understand it’s not for everyone but there is a market, 850$ for a gpu makes the ps5 pro look good to me. That’s imo.
Exactly why i didn't get a series console, it was time for a new pc i just needed a reason to bite the bullet. Its worth trying, game is deep though, I loaded it up to try out casually got sucked in an have sunk over 80+ hrs in.

Forza would look allot better if the color balance wasn't off. Tried tweaking for about 30 minutes trying the get black levels black but something is off with the HDR color scale. Same on series x. Blacks just aren't black, slight gray tint affects entire color scale. Especially noticeable on OLED. More irritating racing at night just fine on previous entries hopefully it will be rectified soon. More shade would add back missing depth in certain scenes.
Made me go back to D2R I guess its good for that.

The controller adds way more value to the purchase of the PS5. Most overlooked peripheral on both next-gen consoles in my opinion. Skill up said it best. There are two next-gen consoles, but only one next-gen controller.
When you factor in PSVR and other features Sonys system has way more value from a tech side.

By the logic of most users on here (which seems to be very poor) the only thing guaranteed by every new console is the level people will go to argue against or for it. The base of each console generation is far more important to the lifespan than any console reiteration, simply because if its still supported it set the standard. It seems the only problem the Scorpio has is the XB-One, your only as good as your weakest link in my opinion, that is what will hold back scorpio more than anything else.
PS4 and pro have enough base headroom for the bottom-line not to hold back what developers envision.
The main draw is getting performance on base XboxOne at peak efficiency for actual in-engine performance, sure things will always scale up- but this process doesn't work in reverse.

My attention is on how this is gonna incorporate npc and how the cloud helps improve upon elements other than physics. Seems pretty demanding but a world with npc generated by cloud processes could be very detailed and a lot more lifelike.
Also wonder if the single player campaign will be the same environment as multiplayer just without destruction.
