well it really is kind of both actually. The hardware is difficult for developers to learn. You cannot really single one or the other out. If you read the article, Terminal Reality stated the PS3 has less RAM, if you understand how that works, that means less textures on screen, thus less resolution. There's going to be a sacrifice somewhere. Keep in mind to that this is a multiplat game so they just can't focus on one particular platform let alone the PS3. face the facts fanboy.
PC version gets gimped with DRM and ships with no multiplayer. PS3 version has gimped graphics, Xbox 360 will have lower potential grpahics-wise than the PC, but the console version's have multiplayer. In my eyes, the game would be best gotten for the 360.
I do not care if the game is released on PC and consoles, as long as the PC version isn't gimped because of consoles. As long as DICE has a prime focus of developing this game for PC, fine by me. It really should be this way anyways, even for other multiplats. Ports shouldn't be from console to pc, but PC to console. Video games are developed from a PC firsthand anyways, lol
