They don't need to catch up they just need to be successful and that is what's happening

Like 343 said they optimize the graphics later in development. It will look incredible when it comes out next year
It ain't that bad, there's 45 awesome fully playable levels that can be played offline
And the multiplayer is getting better. I'm not saying the online aspect isn't disappointing but the hyperbole is outrageous

So yes they're fit for Halo

Microsoft has unannounced games for 2015 and have announced games before very shortly before release like Forza Horizon 2 so you don't know what they have for the 1st 6 months
They already have a great lineup so far though and they said they have more
2015 is up for grabs
