Best way to look at it.
One one hand I think the cliffhanger means that we will get a Shenmue 4, on the other... maybe its just Yu Suzuki's way of trying to gain interest for it to continune.

Oh this game definitely will not tickle everyone's fancy and while it was cool to get another one, to an extent it does not keep up with the advancements made in its genre.
