The game looks great btw, on par with Driveclub. Nothing revolutionary and I still like Forza 6 better. I think Forza 7 will def be better than GT Sports.

@random, its obvious they're not doing that. Xbox has been in the forefront of owning a game and having it be playable on different devices. For you to think that shows me you dont follow Xbox.

A developer can maximize the power of the Scorpio how they please. With the UWP(Universal Windows Platform), my understanding is that the game is able to scale down to play on Xbox One, if they choose. I think MS is playing it smart in allowing games to come from Scorpio to Xbox One which has close to/or 30 mil gamers.
Also(even tho its a long shot) developers using UWP to make a game on PC can specifically target just Scorpio scalability. As ...

I dont believe you. Only for simple fact that Microsoft were the first ones to talk about upgraded consoles not Sony. I think they both had it planned out and PS4 Pro came out first.
What I do think is that MS saw the reaction of PS4 Pro with 4K push but no real 4K games. And waited to get tech that can actually do 4K gaming..
Scorpio is day one, PS4 Pro will be side piece or sold.

EA Access and Xbox Pass you can download games to hdd. Not streaming.

cant ever help himself. Sony milks just as much as MS. They have so many games tho it goes under the radar.
