I dont think theres anything wrong with making the game more accessible to game fans. and for those who want a bigger challenge you only have to turn off all helps. i guess both games have flaws, gt5 is good, i was looking for GREAT after all the time and delays the game went through..oh one other thing when you buy this game be ready to learn as this is a True Sim Racer!! if you like a challenge gt5 is for you..
I actually think that if Gt5 had Forza's interface and single player's progression system GT5 would be perfect, and the crash/damage sound effects are the worst i've ever heard in a racing game..sounds way to generic for a next gen. title!! anyway people both games offer 2 distinct experiences..which is always good for gamers!!

I think that both offer something different..altho anything free is always GREAT!! as a gamer i dont mind spending $60yr on LIVE.. as a consumer if your buying an Xbox 360 I'm assuming your willing to spend the dough..if not stick to PS3...
NHL, Fifa, Fight Night, TW Golf I would have to say EA knows how to make a sport game.
and have almost every PS3 exclusive!! It's the reason I own a PS3, but I gotta say Xbox has great exclusives to and I prefer my multi platform games on it to.
I think milking a franchise sucks how about putting all the time and effort into bringing more maps or game modes to Halo Reach. Well MS can do what they want, Halo REACH is the only Halo game that will be played on my Xbox. And to my Xbox, make sure you explode if i forget.
but they need something besides DVD!! Even if they came out with their own disc format for Xbox games with bigger space I'm all for it..I don't even watch dvds on my xbox or blu rays(movies) on my PS3...feel it takes at least 2yrs off the lifespan of your system when you do both..well I'm basing that on experience!!
