Yea but this isn't the same situation at all. These systems launched a week apart and PS4 took off out of the gate. Last gen MS had a year head start and could barely keep the lead, also had inflated numbers from Red Ring.

That's why I love Sony so much. I'm not putting down the X1 but Sony really has the most incredible library of games second to PC.
When PS-Plus started there were triple the amount of released games out. PS4 has only been out a fraction of the time. It's pretty moronic people can praise Games with gold when they are offering a title that comes free with the system.
That list doesn't scream a hands down win.
On top of all that Im sure Sony moved a crap load of consoles.

I got sucked into Bloodborne, that is still my favorite game so far, (I'm playing Batman and W3 right now), I was seriously addicted to leveling up so I could beat bosses and just get through areas and the atmosphere is unrivaled except maybe by Alien Isolation. @Medman,Raven and Soap - you guys hit the nail on the head. It's actually gotten worse with some of the fanatics around here. After MS failed to 'Win" by the landslide that Xbots were expecting they are resorting to articles about why X1 is better than PS4 and forming a pack of Sony resistance in each comment section on multiple web sites hoping they can convince people to by an Xbox, almost like it's their last stand.

I'm pretty sure if Sony makes their money back and a little extra they will be happy. Regardless if it sells more than those other two games. Sony is pretty good at keeping their expectations in check. That's why they continue to have a really diverse library of games, you can do that when you take chances and don't consider something a failure when it doesn't sell 5 million copies. They also make a lot of different gamers with a lot of different tastes happy.
