You can get down to street level views, but you can't walk around or drive. There is a mod for driving on the PC but it isn't very good.
I agree, I have it on PC and it is one of my favorite games. Steams says I have played it 234 hours. lol A lot of that time though, I would just leave it running while I slept.
So why isn't gamestop or walmart upset that best buy or amazon sell new games for $47.99? Why aren't they mad about Xbox Game Pass or EA Access?
@_-EDMIX-_ Plus shipping from the manufacturing plant to the distribution center, then from the distribution center to the different retail outlets, and the retail outlets have to ship them out to people. I guarantee that server/bandwidth costs are less than that. Also, developers actually get more money from digital sales because the retailers don't have to take a cut.

I recently 100%'d this game. It is 1000x better with the new manual camera mode and other features they added with the last patch update. I highly recommend it!
Even with the xbox one x, 4 years worth of that 90% you mention will still run worse than the base ps4, because they won't be patched. I mean, enjoy using all that power to play backwards compatible games at 720p or less, and doing that free beta testing for microsoft so they don't have to pay anyone to do it.
@ElementX That is true, I remember PS fanboys saying that stuff. But I also remember xbox fanboys saying that they couldn't tell the difference between 900p and 1080p, and how the 30-40% difference in power didn't matter and was only "slightly faster"....now all of a sudden the difference betwen 1800p and 2160p is noticeable, and the 40% increase in power over ps4pro is HUGE. The sides just flipflopped arguments. lol
This is most likely why Microsoft is barely making any 1st party exclusives aside from their main 3 franchises. From a business standpoint, they probably don't see the point of making new IPs when barely any of their fanbase buys them. If they can't break even, there is no point in investing millions of dollars into it. That is just my theory though.
I'll wait for the year 2 release with all the dlc included for a discount.
I get all my games 20% off, either through best buy gamers club or amazon prime. They should be at least 20% off with playstation plus/xbox live because they don't have to ship or manufacture anything.

Gamestop's site was down, and was redirecting to thinkgeek, where you could buy the snes classic bundled with some marked up clearance toys for double the price! hahah So fucking shady and I am surprised more people aren't calling them out on it.
@Death I have that same CPU and GPU and paid $724 last November for both. I actually got the Founders Edition GTX 1080 for $450. You can get a good power supply for like $60-70. 16GB of RAM For around $60-70. Motherboard about $60-80. Already had the case. You can get a 500GB SSD for under $150...probably closer to $100 if you look. I scored a bunch of 4TB drives on clearance for $25 a piece from walmart. You can get a copy of windows 10 for like $15 on reddit or discount game sites.
One of my all time favorites! I haven't played it since the 90's...it would be fun to play through again with a new coat of paint.
