Are there any first party studios that use Cry Engine? Conker bad fur day on Cry Engine would be orgasmic.
It is impossible to sue Microsoft or Sony for anything regarding Xbox or PlayStation. When you make an account on either platform deep within the ToS prohibits any user from lawsuit. "I accept these terms" = You can't do shxt. Sony did it first and Microsoft quickly followed suit.
I actually prefer the first one. It was new and just crazy fun with an epic twist at the end.

Don Matrick was the Xbox lead at the time. Phil was only in charge of finding devs for xbox one back then. He is now the Microsoft Studios head hence why he is now communicating more.

Actually there is..Remember Halo 2..Microsoft only allowed vista users to buy Halo 2 and a lot of people actually did.

Someone asked Phil Spencer if games were gonna be shown running on DX12 on twitter. and he responded something along the lines of..we have to check the current builds to see if they're ready or not...SO yeah. Early Access or Dx12 is coming later this year so it should be a interesting e3 to say the least.
