unfortunately there is not a single independent gaming site who can speak the truth about any game.
there are so many awesome games that get average scores that are better than those over hyped and over advertised games its sad.
Seems lately devs spend more money on ads and marketing rather than polishing and improving the game. and it works.
its must be the worst feeling ever. to spend money on a game you are excited for, bring it home, start it and boom NO PLAYING FOR YOU!

If you dont do stuff like phtoshop, video editing, programming etc. for a living and want a pc mostly for gaming, then I would advice opting for amd system phenom x4 955 dropped in price recently and now cost 100$ less than i7 but in gaming they perform around the same. plus a great 120$ GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P AM3 DDR3 mobo. you will save around 150-200$ which you can then spend on a better graphic card which will make MUCH bigger difference than if you went with intel and crappier graphics...

Its same here in belgium, I went to mediamarkt and was expecting to see some pspgo's, but just thought they are late or soldout or something. Then I went to freerecordshop which was just next to mediamarkt and they had huge posters and stuff like that for pspgo and big stock of them.

anyway castelvania will play great, or at least I hope so. Since kojima is helping out making it, I have high hopes for this game. But graphically it will not be that impressive since its a multiplat. and its a known fact multiplats never look better than exclusives.

killzone 2 owned xbox, nothing currently out on xbox looks even close to it so yea it was the first game to really separate ps3 from xbox in graphic power.
already 9 month now and not a single xbox exclusive this year. while Killzone, infamous, fat princes,Yakuza 3, r&c... are keeping us busy.

People are just afraid that the game will lose it atmosphere, I remember playing first diablo, the village and the character gave you such good feeling, like you really were there even with those crappy graphics. and the music was just perfect. when you descended loser and lower it was such a dark and mysterious feeling.
