You can already do this yourself by making a Japanese account, going to edit profile, and changing your PSN name and can make you add spaces to that name. Add someone named DASH, it will then change to A R I A.

Blue Dragon had long lines. It sold 300,000 I think (total) in Japan alone, with less than 500,000 japan 360 userbase at the time. Still very good though. Sold better in JPN than US though.
