I know Sony had a contest on Facebook before the hacking thing happened where one person could win a trip to E3 but they never announced the winner
So what happens if Activision loses the court case with the ex Infinity Ward guys ? They won't be able to make this game
They will more then likely be cheap PSN games no one wants so that Sony can save money
Sony should just let everyone into the Beta due to the down time. But like Microsoft I doubt Sony would do such a thing

No time off for Sony until this is fixed. If this happened during Christmas or if it does happen during Christmas then no Christmas Vacation or Bonus until its back on & that goes for every employee. The same goes for Microsoft if this ever happens to them

In Sony's case though they had outdated & crappy security. They deserved this for not being safer
