personally I think they should of just looked at peoples trophies and gave the demo to the hardcore naughty dog gamers. buying another game just to get a demo is utter nonsence,let's face it gow didn't need anything else to boost sales. also I heard from interviews the demo is different from previous showings..

its been available to pre order for some time. Amazon now have it as £599 which in dollars is 800 roughly.
blockbuster has also gone into administration so I wouldn't believe that. who the fuck buys a console from a movie shop? oh I guess I hit the nail on the head there
its not about caring,its about keeping the cost down as both systems would need to also implement the older infastructure.. not everyone wants to buy a console that's 600 quid or over to keep BC an option,its just not viable business. look forward not backwards is key for next gen. I'm sure once people get their minds blown on new consoled they will not want to play old gen titles n e way.. well the majority any way..
