Seems Sony almost completely paid for this game to be made, the way capcom are going I wouldn't be surprised to see sony owning streetfighter at some point.
personally I think it's great that everyone is guaranteed to have a great exclusive in the genre they like the most for the holiday season. You can then pick up the rest after the holidays when they have gone down in price. Not everybody likes the same genre so it's great to have that choice.
The pc catalogue stretches back decades, ps4 catalogue stretches back only a few years. Consoles only get a fraction of the indie content that is released every month on pc. You are trying to bring a new gen console argument to the pc and it's just too different to be relevant.
If VR does become popular then Microsoft has the perfect partnership now to make that happen, win win situation for microsoft with this deal.
Great move and shows how much microsoft is pushing to unify all its different platforms, they are making a lot of good moves across all their products atm.
If you take an average then yes, gaming has exploded and now more than ever before it is not seen as a geek pastime but a mainstream form of entertainment. If you compare the same groups of people though then I think skill levels have rised quite a bit.
Not many games like this and so it fills that niche market, so yeah why not have a third one.
The trailer was very honest, if anything the game on release might even look better than the trailer which is a rare thing these days with the opposite often being the case. Regardless it still looked great for a fallout game.
Price is way to high for old games that you could pick up out of bargain bins or used for a fraction of the price without time restrictions, they are not hard to find games. These prices would have been ok if they were for newer games.
I prefer one controller and 2 rechargeable packs to the alternative of having to use 2 controllers. Plus if you forget to recharge for whatever reason you can just pick up a few AAs and continue playing wireless, a situation that's happened quite a few times to me.
Microsoft making windows 10 a free update was a great move, it is also shaping up to be the best version of windows in a long time.
Give good dlc that's worth the money and hasn't just been chopped out of the main game, if so I will happily buy.

Up until the start of this year I still played on last gen consoles, but recently I haven't bothered touching them, just too many games out now on new gen.
Personally I would prefer a faster internal to cut down loading times, external is great for storing your games and randomly playing something on spur of the moment.
In their elder scrolls launch video they also claimed that on xbox one you have to pay xbox live subscription and also the original elder scrolls subscription whilst on ps4 you don't have to pay either. So yeah they are very biased and are willing to spread misinformation to further that agenda.

With driveclub being done sony needs a new racing game to be revealed this year, I think it's almost guaranteed that we will see a reveal of some sort at this E3 with a release at end of next year or beginning of the following.
It's just a placeholder price but it's probably about what the device will cost, Sony like attaching a premium price tag to their tvs and this is a display device.
Maybe they are making room for hololens and some games for it like minecraft, quite a lot of big titles to move back. Cannot wait for E3 to start as there's so much going on.
