As a PC gamer I guess I'm not missing much. Lot of people think the game is pretty, but boring and over-hyped.
Well Rockstar, you can keep your game.
There are still many studios doing single player games (Obsidian's The Outer Worlds and CD Projekt's Cyberpunk 2077 look great). If Bethesda continue this path, then they won't get my money in the future.
Since the game is ready, they should release it now, before Christmas.
Every studio starts as a B (or C) studio... in time, if talented and with budget, they could become AAA studios.

NO... 3rd party make exclusives to who ever pays them, and not specifically to the most successful console. If that was so, why is SEGA allowing Bayonetta 3 exclusive to Nintendo?... or Insomniac's Sunset Overdrive exclusive to Microsoft. SEGA or Insomniac aren't small companies. Those games are exclusive because Nintendo/Microsoft are paying the bill.
One other thing to take into account. EA already demonstrated they are not interested in...
If so, then no company would ever make exclusives for Nintendo, Microsoft, PC, etc. Only PS would have exclusives.

Definitely not at full price. Rockstar lost their chance for that... would probably purchase it on a heavy discount, but like I said, if it doesn't come to PC wouldn't be missing much.
