Any new game from Remedy is great news. If it's Alan Wake 2 then so be it.
The Last Of Us is a very good game... but not the best I ever played.
LOL... Sony fanboys are really pissed about Microsoft's ad. You guys need to relax.
How the world has changed. Sony heavily promoting a 3rd party game to sell their console.
@TheRaven476
You seem obsessed with conspiracy theories. That's not good for you. Relax...
Actually Microsoft's add was funny.
... but this so called opinion piece reeks of desperation for clicks. N4G should remove these fanboy opinion pieces from their site.
As for the fanboys complaining about this, they really need to lighten up and let life flow. So much hate is bad for you.
Try explaining that to Sony fanboys about Tomb Raider. It's business.
@PSN-JeRzYzFyNeSt
You should be in jail.
Why are you complaining? Contrary to fanboy belief, Sony has been paying for 3rd party exclusives since the PS1.
Fanboys are so blind... Microsoft are no angels and neither are Sony.
I agree. Destiny is overhyped.
It's curious that the game I expect the most is not on the list, Wasteland 2.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor also looks good.
There are so many devices to connect to your TV. Playstation TV is just another one. I don't think it will be that popular (might be wrong).
"Will The Best Game Of 2013 Also Be The Best Game Of 2014"
Wouldn't surprise me. Gaming journalists are a joke.
If The Last Of Us is a contender, then there could be other contenders like: Tomb Raider PS4/X1, Skyrim Legendery edition, Halo Remastered Collection, GTA5 PS4/X1/PC, Civilization 5 Complete Edition, among many others... Every Remastered edition or collection of games released this year could be a contender.
It should be offered with PSN+, like every remaster edition. Selling the same game two, three, four... times to the same person is just wrong.
Basically gamers get what they deserve. If companies can make a quick buck by releasing remastered editions of games to stupid gamers that don't mind paying two, three, four... times for the same game, then gamers get what they deserve.
Well, this is going to be cluster***k of fanboys ... reports... attacks.
As for Killzone: Shadow Fall, I thought the multiplayer was 1080p/30fps.
95% of the time, Kojima speaks about the PS4 and the PS4 version of the game. It seems to me that he doesn't give much thought about other console versions.
Maybe somebody should tell Kojima that there are other console versions of the game beside the PS4. Apparently he doesn't know that.
Yep, no mention of 1080p. If a new console can't support this game at 1080p/60fps, something is wrong with the console. The game doesn't seem that demanding (might be wrong).
Considering all (or most) of those numbers are from preorders since February, 1 million units sold on launch are very good numbers, but not outstanding. This is November and in this month consoles like the Wii, X360 and PS3 used to sell 2-3 million consoles. If the PS4 (or Xbox One) sell more then 3 million this month, then i would call them outstanding numbers.
As of now, Sony seems to be the front runner to win next gen console sales. Unless Nintendo and Microsoft do something completely unexpected with their consoles and with their online offering, i don't see that changing in the near future.
"Why Are Gamers on the Internet So Angry?"
No sex life.
Just like Sony completely destroyed Zipper Interactive (among others).
At least Rare is still alive (and i hope they make better games in the future), but Zipper Interactive is completely dead.
That's a smart move by Epic.
