Don't mistake sshd with ssd. sshd is a hybrid.
If a game is good, people will not feel the need to ask for a refund after a hour of gameplay.
There are just way too many crap games on Steam. Refund is a great idea, it will separate the good games from the bad games. Everything that's in favour of the consumer, gets my vote.
I'm sure the developers complaining are the ones that have sh***y games. Feel sorry for some developers, but the consumer comes first.

Most indie games are crap, so it's natural that after a hour, lot of people will ask for a refund. Solution... make better games.
If it's a good game, people will want to continue playing after 2 hours.

The last I heard, R9 280X have some features of DX12, but they are not 100% DX12 cards.
R9 3*** series will probably be 100% DX12 cards.
It's like the Xbox One. It has some features of DX12, but it's not a full blown 100% DX12 console.

Porting JRPG's to X1 wouldn't be profitable, with the exception Final Fantasy.
Simply put, JRPG's hardly sell outside Japan (again exception Final Fantasy). If Microsoft wants JRPG's, they will have to pay those companies to port the game. If Microsoft wants exclusive JRPG's, they will have to fund the whole game.
OK choices but wouldn't be my top 10 games I was looking forward at E3.
My ten games, already announced, would probably be these (no particular order): Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, Mad Max, XCOM 2, Gears of War, Uncharted 4, Mirror’s Edge 2, Tomb Raider, Quantum Break, Scalebound, Mass Effect.
... plus I'm sure there are quite a few interesting unannounced games: God of War? Rockstar game? KOTOR 3? Dishonored 2? etc...

If you never played the games, then yes the Uncharted collection remasters are worth playing at launch.
If you already played them, then you better off purchasing them when they are much cheaper or even offered on PS+... unless you have money to spare and don't mind purchasing the same thing over and over again.
Remedy are great developers. QB looks like another great game from them.
