Personally, i think EA wants to launch a console in the next couple of years. If so, 4 consoles on the market will not be good. One or two consoles would die if that happened.

Now this is going to be the big problem with LBP. Looks like a amazing game, but for about 1000 user created levels, probably 1 or 2 are going to be good and the rest will be garbage like this one. Where’s the fun in playing this level. I don't know how the user creation level distribution works, but Sony really has to look in to it, and try not to accept every crap level created.
I don't really think Microsoft looses much money on the Arcade X360 being sold at 99£ (personally i think it's a cheape console to fabricate). They win money on the game sales, the overpriced peripherals and Live. So i really think it's a good idea to put it at this price, and expect in return more game and peripherals sales and Live accounts.
