Imo they should atleast try to conceptualize with a open world genre. I mean no one ever thought that Guerrilla Games, who is known for Killzone, can create something so beautiful as Horizon Zero Dawn.
FFXV is a great game. Story check. Gameplay check. Side contents? That's where the game felt short imo and the non explorable niffleheim/luna's home country forgot the name.
