Basically the company & the fans want him in there but Superbot doesn't want him in there because they want to throw in a bunch of garbage characters (like Lightning) instead.

Watch Dogs, since GTA4 was a mediocre game that was overrated and GTA5 just seems to be a rehash of it.
MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive that used up tons of space and a lot more work was put into it. MGS:GZ isn't going to take a long time to make. MGS4 had a better engine and now they're using a downgraded "fox engine" to push out games faster.
Halo without Bungie is just like Halo with Bungie. Halo 2 was the last good Halo and it looks like it will stay that way.
It's still too much. Too many crappy characters ruin the roster. Lack of the better characters only makes it look worse.
