They have to be careful not to put all their effort into the “weapon tuning system”, because just like in a racing game, customizing cars/weapons won’t be fun unless there is an awesome game to use them in.

If you read what he says it sounds more like the environment was what he was disappointed by, he wanted it to be bigger and have more options of where to go.

I understand where you’re coming from, but not have MGO/MGS4 at all would be a lot worse than problems in the beta.
Oh and if anyone disagrees with me please explain why not having MGO is better than problems in the TESTING STAGE.
Betas are to test games and make sure everything works, so as long as they get everything working good before MGO is released I would say it was a success.
Still I do think a lot of people were looking forward to this as a chance to play MGO early.
The MGS4 bundle and FYI uncharted is going to be the first game a get, after I finish the MGS series.
I haven’t bought one yet but I am hoping to get the MGS4 buddle on day one or shortly after.
I haven’t played any of the metal gear solid games (besides a demo of the first), so it mite take awhile for me to get to MGO, I will defiantly get there though.

But to be completely serious I think they made a mistake in the article, I thought the finisher was awarded if your opponent lost all there armor not by filling a gage, however I’m not a journalist and never played this game so I don’t know for sure(if anyone could clarify this it would be much appreciated).
I thought America had it bad because we don’t get all the stuff that Japan gets, than I herd about Australia and I was like wtf is with that.
If I understand correctly there is no 18+ rating because the government doesn’t wont to spend the money on it, but how much money would it cost?

Sorry to be so uninformed on this game but the only things I’ve seen are the crossword puzzle and the blurry picture of what looks like scorpion, these don’t mean anything to me but I am not good with clues.
And look at the bright side if this is real then performing fatalities on any DC character is going to be hilarious (or it could be vary strange).
Do you think that they april fools video and the young snake face might be a alt costumes?

But to me the shape matters a lot more than size.
I am not saying that they don’t have a nice shape, just that it is laughable how big they are, I mean those should be their weapons or maybe shields?
Sorry to bother with all my questions but do any of the MGS games have a round 2 mode(that’s what it was called in Resident Evil 4)that allows it to be played though with every thing you got the first time, such as the weapons(and drebin points in MGS4).
I guess I will try to play in release order that way I won’t get confused if there are any jokes/references to previous games and the controls will probably evolve better.
I will own them all, so I can play them multiple times in any order, that will be good.
They could have been hot but it was taken way too far and it’s just funny now.
lol at metal gear evil. I never really thought that the two games had anything in common, but when pointed out there do seem to be a lot of similar thing (at least in my opinion).
That would be awesome if there was a weapon customization system, because I personally think, in games that your gun is your best friend, its fun to equip them with silencers and other stuff, but mostly silencers.
