yea i agree. the wii is just going down like the gamecube. its not just game quality but even the gameplay is usually the same thing and it gets old fast.
The DSi will become unpopular and forgotten quickly as soon as the DS2 hits the store. just like the regular DS did wen the DSi came out.
What about the DSI XL? isnt it coming out soon. Why release two consoles in the same year?

I agree with you. I think the reason we are so used to more traditional and hardcore games is because games grew up with us. Console gaming was all there really was while i was growing. Now kids have a choice between the simple yet fun casual games and more complex traditional gaming.
I guess that traditional gaming will just have to continue appealing to repeat customers and hope that future generations will continue appreciating it.
11 lbs. im pretty sure most people can lift that so it shouldnt matter too much. besides it just makes it harder to get knocked down.
I think its the younger casual gamers that eventually grow up to become traditional gamers so I don't believe the traditional market will ever be destroyed

Yes miyamoto is a legend but many will imitate and some will surpass. Sony did imitate the wii's remote but also made it better. the competition brought from Natal and Move will just cause Nintendo to have to come up with a more brilliant and innovative idea
