Yeah Heavy Rain is great, one of my favs from this gen.
And they track this kind of statistic by looking at Trophies which they can see for everyone who logs onto the PSN. So they can see out of everyone who has played this game and also been online on thier PS3, 74% have the Trophy for beating it. There could always be more or less becuase of those not online though.

But as for Server Expiry, do you mean when they shut down online servers for games? That is completely and utterly fair for them to do. It costs them money to run those servers. Money you may give them once, but after keeping the same game for 3 years and expecting them to keep servers online, they arent earning new money from your game yet are spending money so you can play it ...

I love Deadly Premonition. Those that can look past its bad... everything, get such a good experience out of it. Like some old horror movies, its just so damn bad its good.
Dead Space 1/2 are probably the best horror games this Gen I think. Really looking forward to Silent Hill: Downpour, too.
And while some people would argue, I think Alan Wake deserves to be known as a Horror game. I dont know what it is about it that makes people not consider it a horror. ...

Splinter Cell games are amazing. They should go multiplat though. I dont even own a PS3, but its an injustice that PS3-only gamers wont get to experince it when its likely to be amazing. I understand Exclusives are good for business and competition and fanboys ego's, but for art, media and entertainment, I think all games should be available to all gamers.

Yeah its great we have some awesome titles so early in the year, but there is likely to be that big mid year gap there always is. At least there will be some back-catalogue to keep us occupied though!

Would really love to see the next NFS as Underground 3 or Most Wanted 2. Dont get me wrong, I still find the new games enjoyable, but the racing/customisation/cars in those earlier ones were perfect for what Need for Speed was and would be awesome to experince again.

Was one of my favorites of last year. Was such a well told story and actually had some of the best game characters Ive seen in a while in terms of having the player care for them and thier story. Andy Serkis is awesome. Take the scene *SPOILERS* Trip takes the Slave band off Monkey and he says to put it back on. That is just so well done its amazing.

People just love to hate on Microsoft for this. They didnt do it on purpose, and they did more to make up for it than most other companies would have done; extend the warranty by 2 years and fix the issue. At least most of the 360's that did get RROD got them within their warranty. I am hearing more and more of another certain machine getting a Yellow light in reaction to a unfixable issue seemingly just after the warranty is over...
