That's 7 freakin' gigs, man. That's the size of some games even nowadays.
I think you hit the nail on the head. For games that are blatantly pushed out to the public with no repercussion is where the problem lies.
If a game comes from an indie development team and is 3.99, you might then fight for the "enjoy it for what it is" argument.
All I want is a good Sonic game, period. I don't care about the platform. I follow the Sonic 2 HD fan remake. I enjoy the development process. Seems like they've got a good handle on it.
Heard nothin' but good things about it. Although, the price point is a bit steep. Usually games like this run 14.99 to 19.99. Surprised, actually.
I think open beta platform is worth it. There are games like Battlefront that are going to determine potential server capacities and other variances prepping it for launch.
The real addition to Mario Maker should have been: SMB2
Really like the fact you made a song to review a game. Kudos!
They should. Then they could actually push release dates to every other year and make a game that delivers some sustenance to the genre. I hate this incremental output. They could focus on creating a genuine franchise instead of money grabbing year after year.
I'm debating on the PC versus the Xbox version. I have been liking Origin lately. I dunno about the scoring, I pick up FIFA every year. I might just go for graphics in this case. I use an Xbox controller anyways
I'm looking forward to picking it up after work. At least I know it won't sell out XD
It's hard to disassociate Master Chief with Halo. I wish the franchise would pursue a more vast exploration of the series. As in, something that is more detailed, intricate than the standard FPS/Arcade style shooter it was based around. Something along the lines of Crysis or Battlefield. But, I know 343i must also meet the demands of Microsoft.
This game has got nothing but positives. I loved Super Meat Boy too. Good review!
I think the PSP was weird in itself. I mean the tech was cool and all with the UmD, but Sony often pushes its own media with their consoles and doesn't always find success. The memory stick duo was and is expensive as hell.
I like it and dislike it for certain things. The Uplay aspect to it should make like Amelia Earhart and disappear.
I was the one that did the official review for my site. I'm also a huge console fan. I 100% agree with you. I mentioned that too. I wondered what it would have been like with just the controller, and after having that, felt it didn't complete the entire "ZombiU" picture.
I'm actually surprised that there aren't more like these in the U.S. I am glad that it is not far or that expensive for someone wanting to compete. It IS hype.
I think they are very underrated. I mean, I LOVED Anarchy Reigns.
I really liked it. But, that's mostly because I like the dev. :)
I was taken back by the game announcement considering the infrequency of the prior releases.
If a game has something that impedes the completion, then it should be considered broken. Like a move. If you go to the movies and the equipment fails and you can watch it in its entirety. You should get a refund.
