because...you can actually pick these up at launch...when a good number of people will be buying these consoles.
There are launch game comparisons and there are other comparisons. This falls into the former. It's as simple as that.
Maybe the one they showed off at the reveal was their target??
The xbox team has done great work with re-identifying their hardware with new os looks like the nxe, so I'm not expecting to be disappointed by the xbox one dash.
Of course they have a dashboard, but it's not ready to be shown off yet.
Obviously, they're working on tweaks here and there.
Looks pretty wicked. Hopefully, they blast the doors off of this mode at gamescom.
Who knows until it's actually out there and we get to use it. I'm just glad ms are taking additional steps to curb community wrongdoings and whatnot.
That scope looks epic. Is that the Colosseum co-op artwork in the last pic??
If the new kinect really can make a good alternative to a headset, I'll be more than happy at launch.
However, I'll probably be picking up turtle beaches somewhere down the road anyways.
No, actually that is exactly what is happening.
Go ahead, pull up cerny articles and read the comments. And go through this one and compare the two.
Nothing but positive comments on cerny articles and nothing but negativity and skepticism with nelson articles or any other microsoft exec for that matter..
Well, same thing as our expectations on hearing nothing but positive things about the ps4 from cerny or any other sony exec for that matter.
Knock the price down to 300 bucks??
Lol, are you crazy? 400 bucks to 450- I can understand, but a 200 price cut would be disastrous for any company to do.
Things cost money and not everything is going to be as cheap as you want it to be.
Well, with ms's recent policies changes (self-publishing, no fees for patches), I'm pretty darn sure that day-z will definitely make its way over to the xbox one now.
off-topic much??
this is why we need the open zone back on n4g..
For the most part for me, no. Usually, single player tailored games don't normally have good mp experiences as they feel tacked on. If the mp diminishes the game package, then I say don't include a mp portion unless it's up there in terms of quality with the sp experience. Of course, exceptions do exist (uncharted, halo, etc.)
lol, that's exactly the main problem with this idea.
and the other problem with google glass regarding second screens is that you can't even fully interact with the content happening on-screen, unlike second screens related to touch screen smartphones or tablets or the ps vita.
Sure, if executed properly, it could work well. But there are a few problems. One, it's awfully expensive for the average gamer or consumer just for a second screen. And I assume not a great deal of people will enjoy wearing something over their eyes if they have glasses or wearing anything at all over their eyes while gaming.
Right now, I figure the most affordable and easiest options are ps vita for the ps4 or smartphone/tablet hardware for smartglass uses to use on the xbo...
Well, in recent times, I'd say the answer is pre-order bonuses.
I'm assuming for older games that, even with fast matchmaking, are hindered by dwindling populations. If the population of a game or a specific mode are so low that there aren't enough available players for full lobbies, then I'd say the snap mode to do something else is a plus.
That's good news.
I still want them to rename xbox one to something else, but I don't see that happening, but still, it's good that they will bring a fresh face to the x1 at gamescom.
You're going to be buying it for hardware??
That's your money and opinion, but I think that's silly. Hardware is just a part of everything.
