Nowhere does it say that there weren't women (real and fictional) at previous events, just that they were better represented this year than they have been in the past.

I’ve said what’s wrong with pretty much everything Microsoft announced in the article, but just to reiterate;

Yes E3 is for gamers, but so are console unveilings, gamers all over the world were watching and waiting for a reason to want the console.

CoD Ghosts and EA Sports games are multiplatform games, exclusives are what makes a console essential.

15 exclusives in the first year alone and all we see are lacklustre trailers for Quantum Break...

Agreed, Microsoft aren't thinking very long term with this one, unless they actually focus on releasing great games the system is going to be obsolete in no time at all. I expected so much more from them.

True you're going to get extremists in every aspect of society, but the opinions of atheists should not be any less valid in the eyes of developers.

That's another thing, other mediums get away with portraying wholly anti-religious messages but video games are immediately amended as soon as someone is unhappy.

The article does not promote atheism, I simply wanted to point out that it's highly unfair to change content because it offends religious people and totally ignore those who are offended on a non-religious basis.

I don't think atheists would care too much if they were the object of criticism in a game, but neither do I think developers would amend their content if they were offended, which is also discriminative.
