Control didn't sell well on PS4 because it was garbage on launch. Have you seen the performance on base PS4? I played it on the Pro, with the latest patch, in 1080p and it still managed to have FPS drops.
I liked the game VERY MUCH. But Remedy sold a broken product on release and didn't deserve any money at that time.
