I've bought one of each (although I bought a Wii U for my sister, not myself).
Can I just ask why you haven't at least tried it to judge for yourself? If Final Fantasy is your favourite franchise of all time, why let other peoples opinions of the demo override your own?
Wow, I wonder how many total units this game has sold now across PS2/3/4/Vita and Steam. I'm surprised that Square Enix haven't announced a Final Fantasy XII Remaster yet to squeeze sales out of that as well.

I feel FFXV is going to introduce a lot of people to Final Fantasy.
I enjoyed it a lot. And can I be honest here? It's the only GTA game out of the ones I've played that I actually completed (III, Vice City, San Andreas, IV, V).
Also I've never played Red Dead *runs and hides*

I do have a PS3, I just don't have it set up. If it is available on Xbox One BC then I'll have to check it out at some point.

I'm interested to know what the NX is all about. I'm not a big Nintendo fan but all this mystery shrouding the console itself is very intriguing.
I'm not sure if those Star Ocean numbers are right. The PS4 version is up there but I'm pretty sure the PS3 version would have charted as well.
I'm not sure how well the previous Uncharted games sold in Japan, but almost 130,000 units sold first week for UC4 in Japan is definitely a good accomplishment.
EDIT: A quick Google search shows me that UC3 sold 124k first week in Japan, so this outsold it. Good effort.
Yeah, I'm not keen on the dual characters, either. It's annoying having to constantly switch items around in the inventory, and I think there should have been an item storage box in the save rooms. I know you can leave items wherever and pick them back up but still, a box would have made management a bit easier.

I haven't played this game for ages. I should go back to it but I can't find the motivation to boot it back up.
You're not the only one who "liked" Beyond: Two Souls. I liked it too, but it wasn't great. I think I would have preferred it more if the game played out in chronological order and had gameplay more similar to Heavy Rain. It had a good ending, though.
As for Indigo Prophecy, unfortunately I never had the chance to play that one.
I can't wait to see more of this game. Heavy Rain was one of my favourite PS3 games and while I didn't enjoy Beyond: Two Souls as much it was still good. Beyond was also stunning for a PS3 game, a huge improvement graphically over Heavy Rain, so I can only imagine what Detroit will look like being developed ground up for PS4.

You beat me to it. I was just thinking about the possibilities of this. Imagine E3 VR where you could walk around the show floor, watch trailers, play demos etc.
Would you have been interested in it if it was still a spin off title? Or are you just miffed because it changed to a main numbered entry? Whether you like it or not though it's still a Final Fantasy game, but I understand your frustration if you flat out don't like action games.
