i would still think its cool if the single player was like this, but i would kinda prefer being this close to your character but being right behind him still seing through him (camera view) and being able to walk around and fight weaker enemies and then maybe get to fight bosses this way, and in multiplayer have an option to fight like this or in the free walk around and attack eachother way, that would be cool but i dont think it will happen :P agree if you think that would be cool.

This does look pretty sweet, and gface64 thats exactly what i thought, an extreme version of punch out! But with this motion+ is used and so far from the gameplay i dont see a need for it, except if it measures how hard you swing and deals damage by how hard you swing than thats pretty cool :)
Was it just me or did this seem a little biased for PS3?
first of all, they only go up to 4 lbs, thats weak! and second of all this is just a stupid idea! no way Nintendo made this.
true pwnsauce but, that would be stupid to say "not a fighting game" then have it be a game called "final fight" i think everyone would find that stupid when there where plenty of better clues they could have given besides saying "its not a fighting game".
@ Gamesblow, well one of capcoms other hints was it isnt a fighting game, so final fight is out..

im just hoping for atleast 2 of the following:
Pit Wii, Kirby Wii, Starfox Wii, F-Zero Wii, Pikmin 3. 2 of any of those would be nice, i dont really care much for another mario, and i think a new zelda comming has a higher chance anyway considering that they now are going to have Wii Motion+ I think that would be pretty cool a Zelda using Motion+. Also i would want all of those games to have an online feature or multiplayer feature somehow.

so far looks really cool! i hope its kinda like a first person but then behind them a little bit more and you are able to control the sword/swords/weapons with 1:1 motion that would be cool! especialy with Mtion +, multiplayer and maybe online, thats just all too cool and so far everything about it seems cool! i just hope its the type of gameplay im thinking of, like a 3d platform and able to walk around and slice and dodge and roll, just as long as it isnt a sidescroller or anything like tha...
thats funny because earlier it was said that the next metal gear will be on PS3, Wii, and 360 and that it will be more westernized so yeah it is going to all the platforms..
I cant believe no one has caught on to the fact that Hardcore games on Wii don't sell fast right away like hardcore games on the PS3 and 360 they sell at a slow steady rate for a long time, just look at no more heroes at first it sold little but after time sales kept going up and up and up, and sold a kinda good amount of copies, same with COD world at war it didn't have a big boom of sales when it first came out it just kinda slowly went up and I play like everyday and theres always new peop...
there is a new game he is making, I don't know if this has to do with it but a while back it was somewhat confirmed that he was making a new RPG but all that was shown about this new game were some crappy starting off sketches, but it wasnt said wether it was going to be on the DS or Wii
to just come out and say your all wrong but if you go to the site and watch it in HD you can see that its actually and X button but just looks like the A button in this whorse quality.
Actually they dont a long way to go, how do you figure that? Their next console could easily have all these things and more, its simply wether they want to or not. and to tell the truth i would much rather have WiiSpeak than a headset, first its easier just to sit there and have a box in front of you and speak into rather than wearing a headset, and whenever i wear a headset while im playing videogames i feel like im a looser with no life, and i dont think the main wii audience wants the feel...
