if sony or microsoft buy it the console sales would probably skyrocket for that company. Even though I would love to see Sony buy them and make exclusives the way they should be made I would feel sad for the millions of gamers that would be forced to buy a console in these tough times...
I mean how can you ignore games like gta, bioshock, red dead etc...
you know I actually thought that. What better way to enter the console industry with a new console and rockstar making games for it exclusively. With rumors of Apple having a lot of cash and looking to buy companies I wouldn't doubt this to not happen. We shall wait and see
It would be a sad day for gamers if any of those companies buyout take two. If it comes down to it I guess I would rather have EA or Activision buy it instead of microsoft or Sony because those guys would make it exclusive to one system and that is loss for gamers.
The best would be if this never happens and take two can hold their own.

What i would like to see is ps3 games integrate with psp2 so people are encouraged to buy them. Like have a certain part of the story playable through the psp2 just like the move option and 3d option where it is not required but that is a bonus.

ofcourse that was not the only thing they took out if u noticed....
obviously they had to be fair to the early adopters that did pay that much money and bought it and not people that bitched and moaned the price was too high and just waited till they brought the price down.
I would be pissed if the price went down 200$ (since i bought mgs4 bundle for 500) and there was no noticeable difference.
it is 1 to 4 player online and offline coop and people can drop in and drop out and it wont affect the game.
i like the option of grabbing and throwing people in all 4 one :P
Anyways I kinda liked the 8 player coop thing but this fine too i guess. I never liked split screen as I need the whole screen to enjoy the game. i keep looking at the whole screen and keep getting confused where i am lol. Since there is online coop i am fine
well if you bought the ps3 in the early stages you would have had bc but then you wanted it to be cheap so they took them out and got the price down to your level....
also to the person above while i agree it isn't vastly discounted there is no way I would have bought the games for ps2 and completed them with the way they looked. I missed out on those games when they first came out and i thoroughly enjoyed playing the collection. I got my copy of it for 30$ which isn'...
