GT5 and MGS?
Anyways I would rather have 20 different exclusives than just 2 like halo and gears that just sell better.
Maybe this has something to do with the whole Sony Japan shutting down in the summer to save energy.

the problem right now is pricing and profitability for both Sony and Microsoft. They cannot use the latest tech around and build a new console and sell it around 400$ without taking a big loss. Both companies are not willing to take a loss again like they did with the ps3 and xbox 360 early on.

I would like to see new console reveals at e3 2012 with release dates in 2013. Microsoft will release early 2013 and then Sony follows in late 2013.

just a thing to note for people trying to figure out which will sell better. gears 3 is releasing in september without much competition and uncharted is releasing in a crowded month which includes battlefield 3 and cod!!!.

even though I am a PS3 fanboy I will have to give you an honest answer. LA Noire was supposed to be exclusive to ps3. heck even final fantasy.
After saying that, I really hope Agent stays exclusive and I have a good feeling that it will be showed at e3.

Sony doesn't do timed exclusives or atleast I haven't seen any.
EA and Sony have a good relationship and EA owns Bioware so this will not be exclusive to one platform.
mass effect 1 was exclusive because EA did not own them at that time. Now that EA has control over Bioware there is no way this is gonna be exclusive to xbox. the best you can hope for is a timed exclusive and that too only a month like cod. trust me EA is not going to miss out on money from other platforms!!
don't forget folks. people that order the EPIC edition will have a free ps3 copy of the game included!
well said. why would Sony cram more exclusives at the end of the year when there are so many kick ass games coming. I have a feeling they are going to have as many as exclusives as this year next year as well. quantic dream project, warhawk 2, kojima game, syphon filter, agent, santa monica project, adrift etc....

Honestly they really need to announce it at E3 before my head explodes in frustration. even though I am scared because they said they will concentrate on dota2 after portal.

Microsoft will show alan wake 2, kingdoms, halo remake, modern warfare 3 with mention of timed exclusive dlc, forza 4 and gears 3 for hardcore and the rest will be kinect.
My guess is that splinter cell will most probably be multiplatform with ubisoft announcing the hd trilogy and the next splinter cell at the sony press conference.
sony will probably show new stuff for uncharted, resistance and then twisted metal and then show off a couple of new exclusives and leave...
