that sucks. I can't blame Namco Bandai either because they have the right to feel slighted when cdprojekt release a drm free version of their game on gog.com and tried to pocket more money.
this is the reason why digital release of ps3 games cost 59.99 when they first release on psn because you don't want to piss of the retailers like game stop and amazon by offering it at a lower price and enticing people to download them instead.

MS wants Gears to be as popular as Halo but I don't think that is going to happen. Sales will not disappoint though. pre order numbers are already huge and you will have more as we get closer to release.
do u honestly expect more third party "exclusives" during a launch of a new hardware. third parties will jump in more once an install base is set so be happy there are a lot of first party games that can only be played on ps vita and some decent third party games as well during the launch.
@stealth....well it is one of the best if not the best launch line ups for a new hardware I have seen so I think that can be termed special. launch lineups usually just plain suck...

I think papo and yo is missing. anyways they are all excellent and some of them very innovative and creative titles but would have been better off released in the past 3 months than in the next 3 months when there is an onslaught of games i need to buy. maybe the reason is Sony does not want you to switch your consoles and just play on the ps3 the whole time lol. o well my day one games are resistance 3, uncharted 3, battlefield 3 on pc, mw3 and maybe rage depending on reviews. prolly buy ass...

they are trying to avoid showing too much stuff for 2012 (just lil bits like sly 4, starhawk)with a focus for games coming this year. it sucks but they will prolly reveal whats in store for next year towards the end of this year. i can see quite a few reveals at spike vga.
love how everybody keep saying alternate accounts. please explain how sales have increased if they were all alternate accounts. I have kinda bought more stuff after the outage for some reason. I have an alternate EU account too a while back I opened to download a demo but lets not get carried away and say most of them are. maybe 1/3rd of them if i have to take a guess.
