Even small walls? That's impossible! According to COD: Ghosts, only they have done such innovative features!
Cry me a river.
Really? I thought it looked terrible. The AA and shadows for characters were ugly. Granted the distancing was impressive, but GTA4 managed to do the same years ago. Just Cause 2 did it better than any game.
Agreed. Team Fortress itself changed the way we played FPS multiplayer.
Yea, except Reddit openly defended /r/jailbait. It was only shut down after CNN did a major report on it, and one of the admins personal info was leaked. They didn't give a shit they were encouraging pedophiles, they were only scared that their real life information would be revealed.
Reddit: child porn good, EA bad!
Without a doubt I love this game, but I agree. Gamers are circlejerking over the very things they have ridiculed other titles for.
In terms of quality, sure they have.
Pretty sure the xbox 360s was a pretty big upgrade in regards to hardware. Infact, comparing the original 360 to the current one and you'll see a world of difference(most people don't even remember there was no HDMI port in the first release).
Disagree with BF4 trailer, I thought it was great use of the song with the video.
With each major release avoiding Wii U i'm starting to regret my purchase.
waahhhh!! Another overly entitled diva gamer who holds double standards for gaming companies.
THQ had amazing titles, they went under because they didn't know how to market games or their money.
You never spent a cent on them. You most likely pirated it and bitched that the download was taking too long. But that's ok, while you were waiting you were trolling EA and Mass Effect 3 posts to express your opinion that nobody gives a sh*t about. Ken Levine ...
@TechicianTed:
It doesn't matter what Crysis1 sold since there was no console port at the time to base it on. Crysis2 for PC still underperformed compared to it's console counterpart. Whenever there has been a console version released by side, it always outperforms PC. Always.
Hell, I'm willing to bet Crysis3 will sell even worse this time around on PC, and that these piracy numbers are very modest.
@TechicianTed
Source? Last I checked Xbox360 made up over %50 of sales on all platforms and it was 3 million sales TOTAL. PC made up a miserable %14 sales.

If you are talking about the first Crysis, it was released years later as a downloadable game only.
360 is not even close to the piracy rate of PC. While on the subject, PC sales aren't even close to 360.
I'm not trying to sound like a fan boy, but if that wasn't the case they wouldn't of whored the franchise out to consoles.
Console fans rarely(if ever) accuse developers of creating games with PC in mind. PC fanboys do it everytime there's a console port announced.
@wallis: I think the real uproar comes from the fact that this isn't the same game they were showing everyone in the demo and previews. I love Gearbox, but they were very misleading.
I agree, but it's also been done. Killzone 2 and Red Dead Redemption are good examples.
Agreed. Game has lots of potential, and it had great sales. For that price they are guaranteed to make their money back and give it the treatment it deserved.
All the time! Rock Band got burnt by Guitar Hero's greed. If people gave Rock Band 3 a chance they would be surprised by what an amazing game it really is. I'll still be playing Pro Drums for years to come!
You haven't read the article, and I doubt you know shit about programming.
Same engine? Yes, as the article says, to keep the great AI and rendering system intact. That wouldn't change next gen at this stage regardless. As for pumping more power into it, that will get a major overhaul.
Dumping the engine and starting from scratch would be pointless, considering what they've accomplished. The Unreal Engines are never new engines, they are upgrades ...
