I can say BiS was a good game in its own right, like many sequels which make big changes, but M&L felt like a real jRPG series. That feeling is gone.
YouTubers should cut Nintendo off entirely to send a message to companies. I won't continue watching anyone affiliated with Nintendo's policy.
Try releasing a real Paper Mario (not Super or Sticker), a SMRPG 2, a worthy successor to M&L:SSS, or a remake of Donkey Kong (GB; the MvDK series sucks).

Problem is that it is not their right to control someone. video taping themselves doing an activity. This isn't a passive media like film, and people are half the attraction. Comparing it to pirating is ridiculous and this certainly falls under fair use and I hope courts get involved.
They should make more like these like Mana, Chrono, and Kingdom Hearts.
Amiibo are gradually growing on me. Never had a problem with them but they're really cool and being handled okay. They just need more variety. Only SSB, Splatoon and Super Mario series are covered AFAIK. Sad Golden Sun, Pushmo, ect don't have anything.

I would be outraged myself. This fallss under fair use laws. Nintendo doesn't own how people use their content as long as it isn't specifically infringing on their rights, such as pirating.
Nintendo is in the wrong both legally and morally and I hope all of this goes to court to set a precedent. Anyone defending Nintendo is holding back the medium, spitting on freedom, and disrespecting those victimized by big greedy corporations. Your defenses are feeble.
It doesn't seem definitive. I think there's still a chance for 3rd party until we get confirmation either way from Nintendo representatives.
Banjo, Shantae and Shovel Knight will probably get in if Nintendo is smart. They should put emphasis on DLC.

I agree, you should not feed the trolls. Square is trolling hardcore fans while feeding off the hype of casuals and loyalists alike. Any critical thinker who wants a traditional Final Fantasy (not rehash but TRADITIONAL) will not be pleased with XV. So yes, do not feed the trolls by buying FFXV.

No Fighting game has ever been fully balanced anyway, so my favorite character may as well be OP. My favorites are always inferior. In SSB series I love Mario but he isn't good.
