Seems like one of the few bad eggs we get. I love Kickstarter and we get lots of good stuff, I'll never stop backing even if a flood of deceivers saturate it, I always use discernment before I back and it has worked out every time thus far. This is kind of sad though because I want a real spiritual successor to F-Zero...
I don't see why. It's a shooter and the Japanese historically do not enjoy them as much. Plus, it's only a decent game, nothing groundbreaking. I'm glad Nintendo is doing well so maybe we will get more, better new IPs, but this is still very weird. In fact, its general success is confusing, not just in Japan. There's more buzz for it than the new Zelda Wii U (though probably because it wasn't at E3). It certainly isn't for me so it's hard to understand the draw...
Vita's potential was so good. Its only glimmer of hope is a redesigned 3000 model with all the fixes and upgrades expected along with MARKETING, price fixes, and all that.
Oh man, this sucks. I really wanted this on Vita. Quite a blow to the system, IMO.

It must remain turn-based, otherwise it isn't even Final Fantasy 7. It's an entire stylistic alteration switch. Imagine changing Alfred Hitchcock's "Rope" in a remake, from the style of one continuous shot to the modern BAT S*** CRAZY ADHD camera of today's film. You people want to rape the classics and I hope you don't get your f****** way. FF7 is better than that, it deserves better, and I hope Square maintains its integrity.
Not buying. Old Fighting games and Beat 'Em Ups and Board Games release with inline, but not a juggernaut franchise, lol the penny pinching is real.

It's a question of sci-fi VS Midievel Fantasy. For me, that means Skyrim. Fallout had a good game in there but I didn't like the setting as much. Plus Skyrim had better graphics and was super epic. God I love Skyrim, please, TES VI....E3!
Dreamcast actually sold significantly, it just wasn't enough to float the sinking boat which was Sega.
We need a Dreamcast 2.
