Now it seems ps4 pro is a great deal even for non 4k tv owners
Since ps4 doesn't use external assests (and the original mode size restriction was 900mb) it doesn't matter. But i hope in the future this restriction will be removed (maybe at least for the ps4 ), since mods can add alot of content
I'm always amazed how much a single person can achieve with hard work and dedication. Hope the mod scene on consoles will grow to other titles except Bethesda
i think the biggest Scorpio problem is the price set by PS4 pro, it can be more powerful but if it will be 499$ it will still loose (similar to Saturn 399$ vs Playstation 299$)
anyway as a Ps4 owner i still hope xbox one/scorpio will succeed, since competition is always good for the customers.
Win Win situation , Bethesda & Sony enable mods on PS4 before skyrim launch, since without it skyrim sales will be much lower, and most of the sales are pre-orders / during christmas

you can get the digital deluxe version for Ps4 / Xbox for 40$ on amazon (which includes the season pass)
it looks like a good deal (the price drop is probably because really soon overwatch is coming out)
the reason for the higher prices for digital vs physical games is competition
this would happen if digital sales were sold by a variety of retailers for consoles as on PC
in pc you have steam, gog, greenmangaming and more, so competition makes the prices lower
in PS4 (which i own, maybe in xbox it is the same) you have PSN network, amazon digital (which has the same prices as psn, while the physical can be significantly lower), and gamestop. ...

this game can be magnificent.
but i think to pledge for £300,000 is too much. since they don't intend to pay for teams & players name rights, i think they could request less.
A lot of steam users playing on laptops, a 13'-14' laptops usually doesn't have a full-hd screen, even so the differences aren't huge between 720p & 1080p on a small screen (even on 15')
i believe Pc destop users are the majority of the 1080p and higher resolutions
this games looks like rpg-maker type, i'm not saying every game need to look like the witcher, there are pleny of strategy beatiful games like the banner saga, or the new kickstarter Regalia - Of Men And Monarchsbut. it should be at least graphically unique (like 8bit graphic design or something similar), otherwise you should make it as a mobile game.
its a pity this game isn't also on android/iphone
this game got very positive comments on steam, the gameplay reminded me a little of old syndicate game ( BULLFROG was a legendary company :) )
so those enemies will be microtransactions, loot boxes and day-1 dlc
