I think the best way to make a Parappa game worth the retail cost would be to increase the number of playable characters, as well as the number of stages per character. Parappa, Lammy, PJ Berri, and maybe a wild card like Katy or Master Onion. Give each character 10 or so stages with the possibility for dlc and you've got a solid package.

Hell, there are kills on cannon fodder enemies equally as gruesome as this one, if not more so. If your main issue with the trophy is that it is preceded by an especially violent kill, you can rest assured, this is the GoW norm.
I think it would be great if they found a way to transition from David Hayter to Richard Doyle (the other Big Boss VA) throughout the game. Could be an interesting way to accompany the transition to the Big Boss that we know in the original Metal Gear.
