Damn just saw this movie yesterday and it was great. Definitely picking up the blu-ray.
Don't forget about FF Tactics. I don't think it's considered a spin off. VI, VII, X, and Tactics: War of the Lions are my faves. I think the best one to start on would be X though. It seems like the easiest to get into.
It's all just a matter of time now...
I like the first KZ more than Killzone 2 too.
This actually make me want to get the game. Some of you guys are making too big a deal out of this. You can go on civilian killing sprees in other games too. This isn't anything new.
Yep. Fatal Frame FTW
I'm with you on that one. These people aren't doing anything, but spreading ignorance with their bullsh!t articles.
"Been tons of recent examples of a gimped PC version. Console style menu interfaces are always the most glaring."
Name some.
There were plenty of times when I needed a gun, but didn't have one.
"I'm not saying that banning guns will solve crime but it would make sense as generally countries with strict gun control have less crime."
Not actually true. Read cyberwaffles post. He explains why.
Ever been "banged on" or robbed at gun point? I have and let me tell you I wish I had a gun when those things happened to me. Banning guns won't keep the criminals from getting them, they'll just put the good people out there at a disadvantage.
On topic though, I dont't think video games should be blamed for this incident.
I agree. I'm more interested in a FFVI remake than a VII remake.
Title should be coolest "guns" in games with a list like that. If we're talking weapons in general I would have to go with the vector cannon.
I played both versions of the game and I would say I liked playing it on the PC more.
They only thing I want them to do to make KZ3 a better game is add more playable characters in the single player campaign and make them play differently (like KZ1), Re-buff most off the weapons so they're as strong as in KZ1, and make the story better.
Some of you guys are seem pissed for no reason. 8.8 is a pretty good score. I'll be picking this up.
Half Life 2 deserves that top spot. I would take Bioshock off that list and put Deus Ex in it's spot.
I'm guessing all the people saying graphics are the most important part of a game are the same people that just started gaming this generation. How good a game looks is important and good graphics could really change how a game is experienced, but I still play Atari games every now and then and it really doesn't bother me that they don't look anywhere as good as current gen games. If people care how good something looks in a game then try walking outside and seeing how good something looks in...
Exactly what I was thinking.
Forget Mass Effect? How about we forget this article ever existed. Comparing it to Mass Effect just to get some attention and hype. Shady tactics there don't cha think? Seriously though the game looks like it could be interesting. Looking forward to more info on it.
Another one of these articles? I won't bother reading because I'm pretty sure the author is spitting the same old BS as the rest of these. PC gaming isn't dying. Hell one of my supervisor at work who's about 50 years old just bought one of those juiced up alienware laptops (he travels a lot) just to game on it. Not only that, but think about all the people out there playing MMOs and using digital download services.
