Mass Effect was hella watered down for an action rpg compared to ME1, but it definitely is more of an rpg than FF13. Not saying FF13 isn't good but by JRPG standards it was lacking. Hopefully FFV13 and FFAgito13 are great.
On another note I'd have to disagree with all the bashing on SE. They may be half-assing their console games but their handhelds this gen have been top notch as usual. Dissidia alone is a highly underrated title, not to mention many of the other ...

Ofcourse a new PSP is coming. Is only a matter of when it's coming. RE5 had great gameplay and graphics, but it was missing the most important ingredient for a survival horror game, horror. Hopefully with RE6 they'll put some horror and maybe even some zombies back into it.

I loved the first one. People need to stop trying to be critics and learn to enjoy a good game. I'll be buying TFU2 when it's released.
The analog sticks could use some work but other than that I think the controllers should stay the same.

I don't see why they shouldn't make one. These types of games not only sell well but they bring awareness to lesser known games that some of the characters would be from.

Definitely agree with Ikaruga and Ninja Gaiden Black. MGS wasn't really that hard though. Overall it's a pretty good list.
I would say the western world in general is taking hold of the industry. There aren't enough games being made this gen by the east. Who cares about originality if a game is great.
Mass Effect is a Bioware game. I really don't care if EA published it and I can't see the problem with rewarding the people who buy it new instead those that buy their games used or pirate them. You put the blame on them for trying to take our bottom dollar and yet it seems as if your supporting used game buyers, the same people who themselves are nickle and diming every last penny they have trying to save money buying cheaper, used games.

Metal Gear Solid 3 and 4, KOTOR, and both Mass Effects need to be on this list.
I had originally borrowed it from a friend just to see why it was getting so much negative attention, but in the end I bought a copy too. It's far from perfect but it was worth the money plus it seems like the JRPG genre it lacking for the PS3 right now. Most of the JRPGs I've been playing this gen have either been on the PSP and DS or have been PSone era classics. We definitely need more eastern made games and I'm not talking just JRPGs.
