Find me somewhere where INTERNET and CABLE are free of charge.....Nowhere. those are both base products. Live is an add on to your internet experience. But the difference is they have competition that don't charge for it. I'm sorry but i just hate when people pull the "if you can't afford something that costs $200 more in the systems life span your strange." Everyone is in a different situation and it makes you no less of a gamer.
Just because I can't afford digital tv doesn't mean i'm not a tv watcher. It's not a matter of affording it or not. I pay for it but would i rather not, sure. Why should I not want something for free. Why defend Microsoft for taking your money. Smart consumers would seek better deals. Uninformed consumers buy the first car in the lot. Why not question it?
