halo 3 was so overhyped it's not even funny, that game was a huge letdown.halo was good, halo 2 was also good but not as good as the first one and halo 3 was okay, but not to refreshing or new.so to me the fist halo was the best.
resistance sold 2 million at the start with no install base and the ps3 was 600 dollars, now with 15 million instal base and the ps3 at 400 dollars they should be able to sell at least 6 million.
Sega doesn't have enough money to make a new console and even their games haven't been very good since they pulled out of the race and at 1.1 u would buy a console just because of the brand name WOW.
if sony spent money on 3rd party games their 1st party games wouldn't be as big and they would be like Microsoft, that would suck.sony spends money on their own studios that's why Sony has so many 1st party exclusives and they are better than third party exclusives.(ex)would you rather have dmc or GOD OF WAR? remember folklore?that's an rpg, they are lacking more but they have that, ff versus 13,white knight chronicles and probably more that they haven't showed off yet to keep the attention on the games that coming out first.
it's more like movies will be gone and games will replace them.pc gaming is dying only warcraft fans are playing on pc.why watch a movie when you willl be able to play the movie yourself.games are far more fun and interactive than movies, but this is just my opinion so don't start hating if you don't agree with me.
i cant see sony showing 2 trailers for the same game within 1 month they already showed god of war 3 at e3.they will probably show it sometiome after 2009.

sony doesn't need another shooter to compete with halo, they have resistance 2 and killzone 2 which are both awesome.
Sony biggest games haven't dropped yet so just wait and we will see a huge increase in sales.
bioshock was out in 2007 and a game like that will take at least 2 years to make so the 2nd one won't be out til mid 2009.i also don't think sony fans should be worried about it because the ps3 has a lot of games coming out right away so they will be very occupied playing r2, motorstorm 2, infamus and so on and 360 fans will have gears 2 and fable 2 so they might be kind of worried about it.

you still don't know that the ps3 is more powerful than the 360?just look at gt5p, mgs4, motorstorm 2, resistance 2, killzone 2, mag and so on.
